On Saturday November 16th we will be having our annual Ski Sale and Swap. If you have items that you would like to sell on consignment we will do that to.Check in for items on consigment will be from 8:30-10:30 am. The sale begins at 11! Bike/Board/Ski of Presque Isle will be there with equipment for sale as well. The pub will be open all day serving up your favorite beverages and snacks as well as airing the major college football games that are on tap that day. Mars Hill, ME -- Thanks to the support of many local businesses and the Aroostook County and Western New Brunswick skiing population Bigrock Mountain has announced that it will reopen its doors for business this winter season. The Friends of Bigrock Mountain has been hard at work soliciting donations to help keep Bigrock Mountain open and sustainable into the future. To date the group has raised a little over $200,000 in support of the Mountain. "The response from the community has been unbelievable" stated Bigrock Mountain Operations Manager Ryan Guerrette. "It seems like everyday there is someone either donating their money or their time to help out with this worthy cause" Guerrette added.
Guerrette made the annoucement that Bigrock woudl be at Bigrock Mountain's Rocktoberfest fundraising event held this past Saturday.
