Rentals Made Simple

At Big Rock, we make it easy to get on the mountain. Our Rental Shop offers skis, snowboards, boots, helmets and more, with help from a knowledgeable team that will make sure you get the right equipment and the right fit for your ability and comfort level.

Whether you’re renting for your first day or your hundredth, we’re here to help you get set up and get outside.

SKI & SNOWBOARD SERVICE

Keep Your Equipment Performing Its Best

Our team will evaluate your equipment and recommend the appropriate service to keep you riding smoothly and confidently all season long.

Full Tune

A complete service for skis or snowboards that need a fresh start. We reset and sharpen the base and side edges, smooth the base, and finish with a hot wax, scrape and brush.

Why it matters: Smoother glide, better edge response and more consistent performance.

Binding Adjustment & Test

We adjust the binding to the boot, set forward pressure and DIN settings, and function-test the binding.

Why it matters: Properly adjusted and tested bindings are an important part of reliable equipment performance.

Ski Binding Mount

We measure and mark the mount location, set the jig, drill the ski, mount the binding, adjust forward pressure and DIN settings, and function-test the binding.

Why it matters: Correct mounting positions the binding properly on the ski and allows the shop to set and test the system for the skier and boot.

Base Repair

We repair gashes and other damage to the base of skis and snowboards.

Why it matters: Addressing base damage can help prevent further deterioration and protect the core of your equipment.

OUR PROCESS

Bring It In. We’ll Take a Look.

All tuning work is evaluated, paid for, and processed in person at the Rental Shop. You do not need to know exactly what your skis or snowboard need before you arrive. Our team will inspect the equipment and recommend the appropriate service.

Tuning can take up to 48 hours. We make our best effort to have your equipment ready in a timely manner and get you back on the slopes.
