Snow School Instructors: Help guests learn and improve upon their skiing and/or boarding abilities. Facilitating private lessons and co-coordinating group lessons for all ages. Instructing will include our school programs.

Ideal candidates: Will be able to effectively communicate with guests positively and constructively; ensuring fun and safety for all participants. You should be at least an intermediate skier or rider and be willing to work outdoors in any type of weather.

Lift Operators: help get people to the top of the mountain and back on the slopes. Fantastic views and great people await you. We’ll teach you on site, however prior experience is always welcome. We are looking for people who are personable and able to stand / sit for extended periods of time .

Ideal candidates: are friendly, profession in attitude and demonstrate an ability to conduct and record all start-up and shut down procedures on the lift assigned for the day.

Rental Shop Technicians: work with detail and accuracy to adjust, tune, and fit skis and board for our guests. This customer facing position is an important part of our team: often our rental tec’s are working with first timers and are integral in building guest confidence.

Job Description and Requirements

Retail Staff: assist guests with ticket purchases, general information, and retail items in our shop. Our retail staff are the first employees our guest are in contact with, beginning their day of skiing or ending their day with a tee-shirt or jacket.

Ideal candidates: are friendly, proficient with handling money, and customer-oriented. Concise communication is also a plus.
